Blake Brissette-Mathias is a tenured operational guru that that will give you the tools to get your financials back on track, freedom in your quality of life and money in your pocket. With over 15 years of grinding in the operational world, Blake is able to hone in on any operational issues and get your business to where it needs to be.
From an early age, Blake knew he was cut out to be the boss, but knew he had to work his way up the food chain to get there. Hailing from Las Vegas, Nevada, which is arguably the Hospitality Mecca of our great nation, he fell in love immediately with the fast-paced, high stress environment that it brought to his day-to-day. After climbing the hourly ladder in the early days, he found his management beginnings at China Grill Management, where he spent four years working his way up through all four concepts.
Knowing it was time to move on, Blake relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona, where he became the opening AGM for a little local company you might have heard of, Fox Restaurant Concepts. This position catapulted his career to General Manager as he quickly found himself overseeing multiple FRC concepts, like Little Cleo's, which was voted Best Restaurant in Phoenix it's opening year, Culinary Dropout The Yard and the OG, Culinary Dropout in Old Town.
Looking to take on more of a challenge, Blake was recruited to revive the Food & Beverage of the Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants at the Shorebreak Resort in Huntington Beach, California. In his five year stint at Shorebreak, Blake redesigned and relaunched their entire F&B program, which included the restaurant, Pacific Hideaway, which was Kimpton's top performer it's opening year with only 86-seats. Kimpton, seeing his talent, had him assist in the opening of their first international property in the Grand Caymans.
Getting an itch to do it on his own, like any F&B professional would, Blake decided to leave the corporate world behind and take a chance on himself- which was the launch of his Food & Beverage consulting firm, 3Peers LLC. Within weeks, one of the most popular local restaurants in Orange County was beating his door down to help them expand. Blake jumped on the opportunity, said bye to hotel-life, and got into the nitty gritty of being an owner-operator of his own spot. Within sixty days of opening, SOCIAL Huntington Beach was fully profitable and he never looked back.
Fast forward to now, a life with COVID-19, Blake has made the decision to pivot away from being boots on the ground in operations to dedicate his knowledge, experience, and love of the business to assist others in achieving their business goals in the most efficient and profitable way possible.
Hailey Brissette-Mathias is detail-oriented administrative professional that will give you the strong foundation your business needs to function efficiently, productively and compliantly. From building your core infrastructure from scratch, or fine-tuning existing processes, Hailey specializes in eliminating the boring and mundane tasks so that you can focus on the vital focal points of your business- your customer base and your revenue.
With a background heavy in Hospitality and Cannabis, Hailey knows the headache and red tape that can come with highly regulated industries. The beginning of her career focused on Food, Beverage and Hospitality. As a Corporate Trainer for more than three major companies in the F&B space, Hailey spent years seeing both sides of the coin. More often than not, she noticed that there was almost always a massive disconnect between those writing the policies and those applying them on a day-to-day operations basis. Hence, her mission to edit and build began!
After arriving in the Cannabis space more than six years ago, Hailey dove deep into an industry that had been around for decades, but severely lacked the components of a “traditional business.” Starting as an Executive Assistant to an Executive Team and Board of Directors for the first plant-touching publicly traded company, Hailey implemented a Game of Thrones working style to adapt to this new world. She helped develop a strong organizational structure for this start-up company. Her collaborative efforts led to the business securing operations permits, acquiring additional locations and drastically increasing revenue and employee headcount in a very short period. Startup operations are not for the faint at heart, nor a one-tracked minded individual. Hailey has proven herself to be the epitome of a strategic business partner in this type of scenario as she has had her hands in every single department of the organization.
Her years of experience have equipped her with the knowledge and tools in areas such as organizational development, mergers and acquisitions, Human Resources, retail operations, HRIS technologies, compliance, permit writing and just about anything that requires pen to paper, or fingers to a keyboard.
Hailey realized very early on in her career that without the tools for success on the administrative side (the core of the business), time and money can be wasted very quickly. Known for finding the devil in the details, Hailey approaches all tasks and projects with a fine-tooth comb to ensure the company is protected and is remaining compliant. If there is no company documentation or a process, she wants to build and create it! Finding joy in creating, building and editing, Hailey focuses on the administrative blueprint to keep your business on track.
